Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link.
- During high-volume sales or festive periods, processing times may be slightly extended but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Delivery Timelines (India)
We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note: Unexpected weather, regional holidays, or courier delays may occasionally affect timelines.

Prepaid Orders: FREE standard shipping across India
No hidden costs — the price you see at checkout is final.
Payment Terms
We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using secure online methods like UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Orders begin processing only after payment is confirmed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive: A tracking link via email/SMS

- Haven’t received your order in the expected timeframe? Reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
- Made-to-Order & Customized Products Some of our items are lovingly crafted on-demand. For such products:
- Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for processing.
- Any variation in timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Delayed, Lost, or Failed Deliveries
In the rare event of a delay or delivery issue:
- We’ll investigate with the courier and
- Offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
- Jeff’s is not liable for delays due to: Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Recipient’s unavailability during delivery attempts.
